啮齿动物侵害检查员参观了回应一项投诉，发现一只死老鼠在一个单元陷阱在一个货架上靠近墙壁的一个大洞，以及在箱子，容器和地板上的大量啮齿动物粪便在储藏室和地板上与冰箱的房间。一个月前一次检查中发现的一块破碎的天花板没有修理，负责人说，他曾多次要求建筑经理修理。

I had lunch. I ate a pomodoro spaghetti, bread, floating island and virgin moyito. The tomato sauce has been done with a can of whole tomato and big chunks of uncooked garlic. 30

United Airlines, Flight 5869 from Houston to Palm Springs

I was sick (nausea, vomiting, diarrhea) all night after eating beef-arugula dinner served in First Class cabin on IAH-PSP flight 5869 on 17 December. Ate no other foods and traveled alone so I don't know if it affected anyone else.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
