我儿子在星期六晚上住了，第二天早上他因发烧、头晕和呕吐而感到难过，周一他仍然有呕吐加腹泻，感到虚弱和头晕。今天他感觉好多了，但仍然有腹泻和呕吐，只有他他是唯一一个有腹泻和呕吐的人，他在星期六晚上吃了东西，第二天早上醒来时他就发烧并且感觉不好。

当天的第一顿饭。点了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有鳄梨调味酱和薯条。进餐后 2-3 小时开始呕吐。此后，可怕的胃痛仍在发生，目前仍在发生。不停地去洗手间。20 小时后腹泻开始了。饭前 12 小时没吃过任何东西，症状开始后什么也没吃。
