我在 2017 年 12 月 9 日和 12 月 10 日都购买了带鸡肉的富士苹果沙拉。12 月 11 日下午 6 点 45 分左右吃了我的沙拉。晚上 11 点 30 分左右离开工作。12 月 11 日凌晨 2 点左右有恶心和呕吐。凌晨 5 点左右有更多的呕吐但也有腹泻。早上 6 点 30 分去急诊室，因诺如病毒引起的胃肠炎住院。

昨天晚些时候订购了随身携带。工作人员告诉他们他们没有黑豆，但有些是从另一个地方运来的，15 分钟 5 分钟后它们 “完成” 了。不知道是不是因为我变得恶心了，吃了 guac 后胃立刻抽筋。没想太多。几个小时后吃了碗，醒来后出现腹泻。

2017 年 1 月 1 日晚上 8 点左右，我吃了帕尔马干酪大蒜翅和蜂蜜烧烤翅配沙拉和蓝纹奶酪酱。17 年 2 月 1 日凌晨 4 点 20 分左右，我醒来时出现胃痉挛和腹泻。即使我整天躺在床上，我的眼睛仍然感到疲惫和灼伤。我的体温是 99.4•F，由于胃痛，我整天都无法进食。我今天去过洗手间大约 4 次了。

I ate a chicken burrito bowl around 10:30pm on May 22, 2016. Around 1am I started feeling funny but I tried to go to sleep, then at 4am on May 23, 2016 I started having diarrhea. Then at 6:45am I threw up twice. I'm still going to the bathroom for diarrhea and it is 1:58pm  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐
