I ate a turkey and cheese sandwich with mayo from the open cooler around 1700 2/4/18. At 1900 I started feeling funny. I’ve had diarrhea real bad (watery) and I puked 3 times since. It’s the only think I’ve at since breakfast.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

I got sick roughly 9 hours after eating at McDonald's in the United terminal (C gate) at O'Hara, where I ate buttermilk crispy chicken tenders and a hamburger with ketchup.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心
