4/8/17 我和我的父母在伊利诺伊州特洛伊的麦当劳吃饭。我们都吃了同样的东西，早餐卷饼。我的女儿和妻子待在家里。我的父母来这里探望第二天早上就离开了。那天晚些时候，我开始感到恶心，随着夜幕降临，我逐渐恶化。2017 年 4 月 10 日星期一清晨，我去医院是因为严重的胃痛以及过去 6 个小时不停地经历的腹泻和呕吐。我去了急诊室，一直待在医院直到 2017 年 4 月 11 日星期二晚上。那天晚上我打电话给我的父母，看看他们回家是否还好，然后告诉他们我经历了什么，却发现他们有确切的经历。我终于收到了将近一万三千人去医院的账单，因为弗吉尼亚州没有涵盖所有这些账单。

I ate there on Tuesday, July 25th and had a turkey sub on honey oat bread with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle. Terrible diarrhea the next morning with nausea that lasted all day Wednesday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

At about 7pm tonight I went to chipotle. I had a chicken bowl with white rice, black beans, chicken, sour cream, cheese, medium salsa, guac, and lettuce. After about an hour my stomach started to hurt and I have had diarrhea for 2 hours now.  | 症状: 腹泻
