2019 年 1 月 11 日星期五享用了热午餐。鸡手指、苹果和奶酪以及看起来很奇怪的蔬菜混合泳。大约 6-7 个小时后（之后什么也没吃），经历了严重的胃痛，并且整晚都因腹泻而呕吐。我已经有 10 多年没扔了。我吐了不少于 30 次。第二天差点错过了酋长季后赛比赛，因为我感觉太难过了！我一生中最糟糕的经历！

12 月 5 日大约 5.30 分吃了一个布鲁克赛德汉堡。它按要求 “做得很好”，但看起来不太热，味道也不好... 陈旧。上面有生菜和番茄以及地瓜薯条。到了晚上 11 点，我感觉不太好，我觉得肚子里有一块混凝土。我上床睡觉了，大约在 1 点 30 分左右被发冷和挤压所唤醒，到凌晨 2 点 30 分，我因爆炸性腹泻而猛烈呕吐，直到上午 11 点左右。我六号整天都感到不适，头痛和全面脱水，然后慢慢康复，7 日能够吃东西。今天是 8 号，我基本上已经康复了，但感觉有点被冲走了。

I had the Colorado (steak) salad in a wrap. Within 30 minutes of eating it, my stomach felt weirdly full and "hot". Walking back from the streetcar I should have been very cold, but I was sweating.
