Sunday evening I ate chicken one spicy and one mild, red beans and rice a biscuit and some mashed potatoes. About 30 mins later I had severe diarrhea nausea and vomiting from there on until about 5 this morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐, 恶心

有蘑菇培根汉堡。我只是不相信他们正在采取适当的谨慎措施，而且他们人手不足。我已经去过三次了，登记册上总是有新来的人。训练很差，我的训练方式总是花了我更多的钱，因为他们怀疑训练是否正确。我在餐厅吃了两口汉堡然后把它扔掉了。它闻起来像坏水（洗碗水）。回家的时候我跑到洗手间了大约 25 分钟后，我因为抱着肚子而弯腰，头痛地冻结了。我三岁的儿子和我在一起。感谢上帝，他从漫长的一天开始就很疲倦。除了痛苦地爬到洗手间之外，我大麦还能睁大眼睛。我不会再相信在那里吃东西了。太冒险了。

我是 10 月 10 日至 10 月 11 日的客人。11 日星期四早上 7 点左右，我在酒店大堂吃早餐，然后回到房间躺下。然后我开始感到恶心，然后开始感到胃部疼痛，然后出现了无法控制的呕吐和腹泻。我接着打电话问一位来和我一起吃早餐的朋友，如果她早餐感觉不好，但她无法联系到她，因为自那以后她也因无法控制的呕吐、胃痛和腹泻被送进医院。

A friend was staying there and invited me over we went to breakfast at around 7 am by 745 am i was feeling quezzy and having cold sweats by 930 am i was in the hospital with vomiting and diahrrea. Spent all day there.

Went to “Smoked” BBQ Festival in Dallas yesterday, Sept 22nd. Taste testing BBQ from multiple restaurants from all over Texas. Festival began at 2, and I left around 4:30. Symptoms began about 1-2AM in the morning.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
