我一整天都没吃过太多。去那里买了香菜虾和一袋海藻沙拉。马上回家放进冰箱里。在 7 点左右吃了，在 2 小时内感觉有点奇怪。去睡觉然后从恶心中醒来。11:30 左右同时因腹泻和呕吐而跑到浴室。谢天谢地我厕所里有垃圾桶否则我会有一个可怕的混乱。这持续了大约 4 个小时，然后我才能睡觉。现在是早上，我很虚弱，有点头晕。还有很松的凳子但没有呕吐。随着我不断改善，浇水佳得乐正在帮助。我认为这是海藻沙拉但可能是虾。有一次我呕吐所有这些都是我终于能睡觉的时候。我的胃里没别的了我丈夫也没吃东西也没问题
