Had a bowl with no meat. Noticed that both the salsa and guacamole tasted 'off' - sort of 'fizzy'. Within about 12 hours I had a very unhappy stomach - still not right a week later. I have been travelling for work but will see the doctor when I get back to San Francisco.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

我吃了两个凯撒沙拉，上个月两次都在不知不觉中我病得很重。两周前，最糟糕的情况是我处于严重抽筋模式 14 个小时的时候，这是有史以来最严重的抽筋。我以为自己得了胃癌我不知道是我的肾脏我以为是我的胃我不知道是我的肝脏过了几天我才意识到是我的肝脏我开始用柠檬冲洗，实际上两个星期没吃任何东西，最后一天半前我的抽筋消失了。我应该去看医生，但我不知道到处都有大肠杆菌中毒。上次我去爸爸墨菲的时候我注意到所有的沙拉都是从箱子里拿走的。 少看
