Tonight (2/27/18) I ate a chicken burrito bowl with white rice, black beans, medium salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole. I started feeling nauseous about an hour after eating the food and have had diarrhea and vomiting since.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

我吃了 Chipotle 吃午饭，那天晚上开始感觉很糟糕。幸运的是，我服用了两粒活性炭胶囊，在症状恶化之前缓解了我的症状。我非常臃肿和生气/打嗝，濒临呕吐的恶心，正在发烧。如果不是为了木炭，我很可能会呕吐。Chipotle 是个玩笑，需要关闭，这是我唯一一次在那里吃饭，当然我会因此而生病。这些年来，有太多人不断因此而生病，这让我感到毛骨悚然的是，他们无论如何都设法保持开放。再也不会去了。

大约 30 分钟后，当我用完 6 英寸的三明治后，我就去了家旁边的当地地铁，我不得不去洗手间，就像我无法忍受肠子一样。我只是以为我吃得太快了，但是几个小时后我还是感到恶心和头晕。我什至打电话给地铁要求退款，他们说把三明治带回来！！我说直到我吃了火鸡三明治加意大利草药和奶酪以及所有蔬菜之后我怎么都不知道自己感到不舒服！我不知道有没有蔬菜或肉类，但我是普通客户。所以我不认为他们可能有一批不好的肉或不干净的蔬菜。他们知道错了我该怎么办？我现在太生气了

I had a cup of the tomato soup with half of the Mediterranean veggie sandwich at 1:30 PM yesterday and within 20 minutes, my stomach started to hurt and soon enough, it turned into diarrhea and vomiting. My stomach is still hurting today.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐
