Ate a chicken bowl with rice black beans lettuce brown rice guacamole sour cream and cheese last night for dinner around 10:00 pm. Five hours later at 3 am had nausea vomiting diarrhea abdominal pain and after few more hours fever.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

I had lunch on 7/21/19 (2 soft shell tacos with brown rice, black beans, sofritas, guac, corn relish, and lettuce) and began vomiting around 1 am. I vomited twice (1 am and maybe 1:45 am). I have now eaten a second time everything else I had that day, which is how I know it was from here.  | 症状: 呕吐

I bought cauliflower (whole head) on July 15th. I waited a few days and then I cooked the cauliflower. That is all I ate other than brown rice noodles from as well. About 6-7 hours later, I began vomiting at 7am-10pm. I couldn’t even keep water down.  | 症状: 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我得到了 Classic Dig（烧焦的鸡大腿、西兰花、烤红薯、糙米和大蒜 aoli 酱）。大约 2 或 3 个小时后，我感觉很糟糕，因为我的胃越来越糟。
到 5 个小时后，我躺在沙发上无法摆脱痛苦。最后我整晚都在呕吐，还有可怕的发烧和胃痉挛。早上 8 点之前我已经完成了呕吐。一天后我也得了可怕的腹泻。

我有一个碗里有糙米豆子鸡肉莎莎奶酪和生菜。当我吃的时候，它是酸的，我不敢尝到鸡肉只是酸味的那是我以为是正常的米饭，但是后来我没有习惯它，酸奶油的味道也不像它想要的味道那样有趣，但最终我相信米饭和奶油可能是另外一回事。我的胃开始受伤我有腹泻，但是我的胃和附近的部位开始受伤我害怕自己被食物中毒或内出血。第二天我因疼痛和发烧而醒来，只是不知道发生了什么或者我吃了什么引发了这种反应。上次吃过这个地方是同样但未煮熟的鸡肉我决定在一年后尝试这个地方也许已经改变了猜测 j 错了.他们继续以其低迷的员工和对食物的关心为人们提供食物。他们很久以前就需要提起诉讼它必须发生关闭
