I had a chicken burrito with brown rice and white rice, peppers, sour cream, mild, hot, and spicy sauce, lettuce, tomato and corn and maybe after 5 hours of consuming it on the 15th, I had diarrhea multiple days that day and on the 16th as well. I also am experiencing it this morning on the 17th  | 症状: 腹泻

I got a bowl with Barbacoa and Carnitas, brown rice, pinto beans cheese, sour cream and guacamole. I eat Mexican food all the time and never have issues. Woke up with stomach cramps and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 抽筋

Had a bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, fresh tomato salsa, corn, cheese, guacamole, and lettuce. Only thing different was the guacamole I usually get the sour cream. About 30 minutes later I got abdominal cramps with diarrhea and vomiting. Not sure if from the guacamole… 更多

昨晚 7 点至 8 点左右我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼碗作为晚餐。我的碗里有玉米饼、糙米、fajita 蔬菜、玉米、sofritas、温和的莎莎酱、奶酪和酸奶油。大约 30 分钟后，我胃痛和腹泻不好。我整晚和今天都有胃痛以及腹泻。这是我第三次从这个地方生病了。之前我想可能是肉（第一次是鸡肉，第二次是香肠）或者也许是我那几天吃过的其他东西。现在我很确定这只是这个地方的食物，因为我男朋友昨晚在那里吃饭后也出现了同样的症状。
