3 月 20 日星期日，晚上 7 点左右。我有一个墨西哥卷饼碗，里面有肉食、糙米、黑豆、奶酪和生菜。我离开时感觉还好。一小时之内感觉恶心。在 11 点左右醒来扔掉。每两个小时呕吐一次直到早晨，然后开始发烧和头痛。下午涨到 102 或 103，但那天晚上坏了。今天是第三天，我摇摇欲坠，虚弱，但我正在好转。我打电话给医生，他证实食物中毒很可能是原因。

I had a carnitas burrito and a Dr Pepper at chipotle and about an hour later I became nauseas and then another 30 minutes after I began throwing up I was perfectly fine before eating the chipotle and I do not have any chronic illness I'm perfectly healthy.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Picked up dinner around 7:30 (bowl with brown rice, black beans, carnitas, corn, little sour cream and medium hot sauce). Woke up at 2:30 to vomit and again at 5:30. I was in bed all the following day and my stomach was sensitive for nearly 10 days.  | 症状: 呕吐
