昨天我的女儿因为中午合唱比赛的唱歌表演而没有吃早餐。我们在回家的路上停下来拿了她的鸡肉条和薯条。这是她系统中唯一的食物。几个小时后，她出现了胃痛、呕吐和腹泻，今天仍然生病。我们打电话给这家商店，他们说他们没有其他报告，但是根据我在这里从其他受影响的人那里读到的信息，似乎全国各地都在发生这种情况，这可能表明供应链存在某种形式的污染。

我们在晚上 7 点 45 分左右坐下来参加我朋友的生日晚宴。大约半小时后我们得到了服务。我尝试了一个毛绒蘑菇，然后我吃了一个红薯和西兰花，但是他们已经煮完了我的沙朗，所以我只吃了几口然后把它寄回了。他们给我做了一个新的，但是根据我的喜好它没有煮熟，我还是吃了一口或两口然后就拿走了。晚上 9 点 45 分左右从餐厅回家的路上，我的胃变得非常臃肿，我开始感觉消化不良，所以我服用了一些消化酶。几个小时之内我反复呕吐。我已经 23 年没有呕吐了，所以它给我带来了极大的创伤。我病了直到凌晨 2 点。我检查了我的朋友，她也病得很厉害。她吃了中等稀有的牛排，但没吃蘑菇。我丈夫深夜有腹泻，但他只吃鸡肉条和通心粉和奶酪。我们唯一能得出的结论是发生了交叉污染。果然，我查看了卫生部门的网站，之前还有其他违规行为举报过！

这是我第三次吃辣鸡肉三明治，2 到 3 个小时后，我开始出现腹泻，整个晚上和第二天都有严重的胃痛。
今天 2 月 2 日晚上 9 点我吃了鸡肉条，然后发生了同样的事情我想他们正在使用一些新东西，因为我已经吃了 fil-a 鸡肉好几年了，这在我身上从未发生过
