昨天下午 1 点 30 分左右我吃了一个鸡肉和饭碗。我开始感觉很恶心然后我开始发烧并且出现了腹泻。在那之后我不能吃东西（23 小时没吃东西），我甚至连水都没法倒下来。当我感觉脱水并尝试喝水时我开始呕吐，但我只是无法保持下来，因为我的脱水我也不能走路了。
