我住院了 2 天：2019 年 10 月 17 日星期四上午 11 点 30 分左右我吃了一份炸玉米饼沙拉作为午餐（里面含辣椒）。那天到目前为止，这是我今天唯一的一顿饭。两个小时后，我开始出现严重的肠痉挛和腹泻，感觉虚弱。第二天腹泻继续，我开始恶心。那天晚上我开始呕吐然后继续腹泻。接下来的三天我有呕吐、胃痉挛和腹泻。它导致严重的脱水，我不得不住院 2 天。

我在晚上 8 点左右订购了精选的两个，1/2 个素食辣椒和 1/2 个素食豆和甜茶。我怀孕大约 9 周，凌晨 2 点 30 分左右醒来，胃痛感到不安。大约 3:30 我开始呕吐，连续 14 个小时腹泻。感觉发烧而且非常疼痛。我不能喝任何水，所以我终于去紧急护理去买 zofran。
