被污染的水我早上 6 点左右在机场有一个柴拿铁。到那天晚上 11 点 30 分，我开始感到恶心。到了午夜，我正在呕吐和腹泻。在呕吐之前我的胃里有剧烈的刺痛。我继续每小时至少呕吐一次，直到第二天早上 8 点（即今天）。我还是很恶心但是没有再吐出来了。我一直非常虚弱，肚子里还有疼痛和腹泻。我吃不到超过几个饼干和一些佳得乐。

2019 年 11 月 26 日晚上 7 点左右我妈妈和我吃了。我们俩都只吃了一种类似的东西，那就是他们从烤架上买来的牛排！28 日午夜过后，我开始感到恶心并开始不断呕吐。三个小时后，我妈妈也经历了同样的事情，我们被严重的食物中毒，至少在接下来的 10 个小时里，我们猛烈地扔掉并从嘴里喷出液体，有时两者同时发生！！！就像我们胃里所有其他食物被咀嚼的东西一样。如果没有棘轮并最终让它回来，我们就无法保持水下来。我太渴了！！！这一定是我一生中经历过的最糟糕的经历。我想躺得太糟糕了然后休息一下但是我不能不感到恶心。我想休息但是不旋转就无法闭上眼睛！！我们的喉咙在燃烧，我们正在吐出这种碳酸化学味道。我们的脸像西红柿一样被冲红了，我们的感恩节被完全取消了！差不多两天后，如果没有水，饼干和 pedialyte 我们几乎无法消耗水、饼干和 pedialyte，老实说，我们感觉自己快要死了；头痛太可怕了，我们胸部和心脏肌肉的压力因液体投射和咳嗽的所有力量而感到疲惫不堪，我数我的很幸运能写这篇文章！

I ordered two spicy chicken sandwiches on Tuesday, Nov 5, 2019. By Thursday morning, I was having severe stomach cramps followed by diarrhea and nausea and a terrible headache from Thursday evening until Sunday. 沙拉配长叶莴苣、鸡蛋、蘑菇、黄瓜和牧场调味料。，星期四中午。2 点半左右开始抽筋。腹泻开始了。恶心在同一时间开始。因腹泻而在 4:15 左右工作后不得不停两次。5 点左右我的屁股里有电池酸出来。6 点左右开始猛烈呕吐。这种情况一直持续到我所拥有的只是水腹泻、胃酸和干燥的沉重。持续到周日。无法保持水向下。终于在星期天下午我喝了姜汁汽水。小口和一块干吐司。星期一能喝佳得乐。还有一些饼干。
