Was given by staff sample caramel and whipped cream drink and went to drink it and noticed sour taste so I told staff your drink is sour and probably spoiled so the manAger said it's a powder mix and it might be the whipped cream...Just me but… 更多

At around 3:30 PM, at drivethru I ordered a brisket sandwich with potato salad and a sweet tea combo. I ordered coconut cream pie for dessert. I was awakened around 4:30 am with stomach cramps and nausea and vomiting. This was my only meal for the day, so no other food was eaten.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐, 抽筋

昨晚（2019 年 9 月 30 日）有南瓜煎饼特别吗？不幸的是，在吃了煎饼、哈希布朗、两个鸡蛋和一个带咖啡和奶油的小沙朗两个小时后。我生病了。恶心、腹泻和胃痛 — 整晚都去洗手间。不好玩。今天我整天都靠水和苏打饼干生活。此时我还需要很长时间才能去那里。

I had a veggie bowl with white rice, black beans, salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce around 2:00 pm on 9/28.  Approximately 12 hours latter had severe diarrhea lasting about 5 hours  | 症状: 腹泻
