我在 7 点左右去吃晚饭（我的最后一顿饭是在上午 11 点）我吃了一个虾哈哈哈，扇贝海鲜饺子四川虎风格的大虾，还有一面米饭和一杯水。晚饭后我走了一会儿，2 小时后回家，我开始感到疲倦，有点头晕和恶心，突然间我感到呕吐的冲动，我检查了体温并且有点发烧我想不出任何其他原因可以感觉到但是食物我感觉太恶心了，我一直在呕吐不好。

I had the beef dumplings and spicy green beans yesterday. Was feeling completely fine beforehand and then within an hour or two had diarrhea and nausea. As the day progressed I also vomited and had a fever. I've eaten there before so this was really disappointing  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐
