I ate vegetable fried dumplings, sesame chicken, sweet and sour chicken, and some fried rice. I suspect the lettuce that the dumplings were sitting on was the culprit, and transferred bacteria onto the dumplings.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

Meal from Uber Eats, beef pad Zee ew, pad thai, and bbq pork fried rice at around 7:40pm, woke up around 2am with nausea and aches, then liquified bowels, aches became much more intense. Then at around 5am, I vomited four times in a row for the first time in at least 25 years. Diarrhea continues.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 身体疼痛

我昨天去那里点了一些虾炒饭和卷心菜蛋卷。我的第一个问题是价格与菜单不符，但我放手了。当我回到家时我吃了食物而且很好。我有一种吃饱的感觉所以我去睡觉了。我半夜醒来然后冲到洗手间。严重的腹痛、恶心和腹泻。我在那里待了几个小时。当我出来的时候我回去睡觉了。那是昨天，今天我感觉非常虚弱和脱水。这是这家餐厅这种反应的第二个例子。第一次是上周，但我以为那只是我的胃，但现在我知道这是食物。
