我在 10 月 21 日星期一晚上 12:30 左右吃了另一碗牛排，用白米和豆类、洋葱和青椒以及西红柿、辣椒、鳄梨酱和生菜，然后在我肚脐对面的左肋骨笼下有严重的痛苦，然后从那时起进出浴室，痛苦抽筋，下午 11 点我现在坐在厕所里！

下午 2 点 30 分左右吃一个墨西哥卷饼，配以糙米、平托豆、Pico de Gallo、奶酪、酸奶油、鳄梨调味酱和生菜。整个下午恶心增加，在晚上 10 点至凌晨 2 点之间呕吐了 9 次。目前摇摇欲坠，发烧，虚弱和痛苦，正在慢慢尝试补充水分并开始吃简单的食物。
