I had a steak burrito bowl with hot sauce, sour cream and brown rice. They were switching the tub of the containers to the brown rice and the steak at the time.

下午我吃了大约 430 点，我吃了 Carne Asada 炸玉米饼配糙米饭，pico de gallo，红辣酱和奶酪丝，还有鳄梨调味酱。几个小时后，头痛开始出现，在接下来的六个小时内逐渐恶化，进食大约 4 小时后我开始感到恶心。我非常活跃，非常了解自己的身体对我给它的东西有何反应，我可以绝对肯定地说，我吃的食物以某种方式准备不当，这就是为什么我从头到胃都感到不适的原因。我知道如果我没有坚强的意志，我会呕吐，但是我几乎肯定我会在写这篇文章后几分钟内呕吐。
