昨晚我吃了一个辛辣的意大利地铁三明治，然后在早上 6 点我因胃部疼痛和持续呕吐而醒来。我上班时以为自己会感觉好些，我无法停止呕吐和腹泻。我吃了药但从来没有奏效。然后我发冷了，头疼得很大  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 发烧, 呕吐, 头痛, 寒战

我于 2017 年 1 月 30 日星期一下午 2 点左右去吃地铁，然后用蛋黄酱订购了意大利潜水艇。那之后我没吃任何东西。晚上 9 点我开始呕吐并在同一时间吃 diaherria，直到凌晨 5 点。我预约看了我的医生，在此期间被诊断出患有食物中毒和脱水。我必须进行静脉注射，因为我的液体太少了。我还必须为每位医生休息两天，因为我的胃不同意我的意见。地铁太可怕了，我希望他们能关闭。今天是 2017 年 1 月 2 日，也是我回去工作的第一天
