On Sunday, November 25th I had the chicken fried steak with gravy, mashed potatoes, and green beans. No one else in my group of three had any of these menu items. The very next day I was throwing up with constant diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

Six of us ate and five of us are sick. We ate chips with queso and salsa, chicken fried steak, wings, chicken fingers, fries, vegetables, a side salad, and mashed potatoes. 我和我丈夫今天早些时候去了伯班克的宜家。我们决定已经晚了，在宜家购物 2 个小时后，我们将尝试位于二楼尽头的便利美食广场。我丈夫有鲑鱼、胡萝卜、小豆、土豆泥、绿色圆形的东西、瑞典肉丸。我有素食肉丸和一个绿色的（圆形的东西？）和炸薯条。工作人员似乎很着急，没有解释，因为这是我们第一次。没有明确的制度。我只是想说食物肯定被污染了，我丈夫一直在呕吐生病并使用洗手间 2 个小时。他最初因胃痛和头痛而感到恶心了两个小时，然后一旦我们回到家，他就开始不停地呕吐。
