昨天下午 3 点 40 分左右我收到了一个 5 美元的鸡胸肉装满盒子，我要求用马铃薯楔代替土豆泥。吃完饭后，我立即感到非常饱腹，比平时多了，就像我的胃里充满了气体然后我去洗手间，我的凳子有一种痛苦的，“辛辣” 的感觉，当腹泻严重时你会感到。现在是第二天了，我的凳子变得更加水汪汪了。还没到那里，但我知道它即将到来。

Wife and I had takeout dinner, she has sirloin, mixed veggies, mashed potatoes and rolls, I had ribs, mashed potatoes, corn and rolls. Wife got sick around 3am with vomiting, I started as well at about 6am. We were both in rough shape for the next 24 hours.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

吃了鸡肉、饼干、土豆泥和肉汁。我吃完大约 20-30 分钟后胃开始受伤。首先是发出非常大声的声音，感觉很奇怪，然后我的胃开始抽筋和腹胀。自从这开始我一直在厕所里，觉得我随时都可以开始呕吐。

2017 年 2 月 19 日下午 6 点左右去吃了一顿丰盛的晚餐。订购了菲力牛排和龙虾两面，西兰花和奶酪以及装满土豆泥。这顿饭是 34 美元，我对坚硬的牛排和一小部分龙虾非常不满意，味道也不太好。我不想抱怨或大惊小怪这顿饭我继续吃我昂贵的盘子。之后在家的时候我开始感觉不舒服，把它写成太饱了，然后决定躺下睡觉。直到清晨我才开始呕吐并经历不受控制的 dirreaha，我的身体感觉非常虚弱，我的能量水平也很低。不感到不安就无法站起来，我不会回到内陆牛排馆。
