Items eaten: American Standard Burger, French fries, fried pickle chips, and ice water. Dinner occurred on Sunday 8/13 at approx. 5:30PM. Illness began approx. 2 hours after dinner and lasted into the following day.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

I ate there on Tuesday, July 25th and had a turkey sub on honey oat bread with mustard, mayo, lettuce, tomatoes, and pickle. Terrible diarrhea the next morning with nausea that lasted all day Wednesday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

有培根三重汉堡和梅奥，还有薯条。6 小时后变得有点恶心，然后一个小时后剧烈呕吐，头痛严重。即使在晚上剩下的时间感冒寒战和发烧抽筋之后，也会持续恶心。第二天恶心好多了，但是整天都很不舒服，然后 36 小时后凌晨 4 点出现了我多年来最糟糕的 Diarrea。无法证明三明治让我恶心，但我怀疑是他们穿上的蛋黄酱，尽管我只说生菜泡菜和洋葱。

昨天下午我在 Wawa 的小麦短卷上吃了火鸡、胡椒杰克、advacato、泡菜、醋和胡椒三明治。那是我昨天最后一次也是唯一吃的东西。大约一个小时后开始感到有点疲倦和头晕。然后恶心开始了。一旦我开始呕吐，然后是 diarea，发冷，发烧，最后一旦我终于睡了一秒钟就出汗了。
