昨晚 9 点左右吃了塔可钟。吃了塔可沙拉和俗气的豆和米饭卷饼。第二天早上 9 点左右醒来，感觉就像被火车撞了一样。头疼了，想也许我只是需要小睡一会。好吧，我没睡午觉，因为有一次我非常恶心，起床后我就会呕吐。从那以后我呕吐了 3 次腹泻终于开始了。太棒了。谢谢塔可贝尔。正是我需要的。

在下午 2 点 30 分左右吃了鸡肉沙拉 1/12/17。下午 3 点 30 分左右，我开始感到恶心和胃部不适。30 分钟后，我把所有的沙拉、鸡肉和鳄梨调味酱都吐出来了。我吃了好 3-4 次，直到我没有更多的食物可以扔掉。剩下的时间里我头疼肚子疼。

对于 Chiptotle 管理：于 2017 年 1 月 12 日下午 2 点左右订购。我点了一个鸡肉沙拉，里面有糙米、黑豆、温和热的莎莎酱、玉米和鳄梨调味酱。可能是莎莎里的洋葱？还是那个豆子？我无法确定它。我把它吃了一半然后停了下来。不管是什么，这让我真的很恶心。

Had a white rice bowl with chicken, carnitas, mild and green salsa, fajita vegetables. It was definitely the chicken, as I watched the guy scoop the old chicken into the new chicken and give me a nice scoop of the old. My wife and I ate at PF Chang's for lunch, She had fried rice with pork and chicken, I had Chang's spicy chicken. Dr said probably food handled by same person. We both had diarrhea for 14 days. I lost 25 pounds and my wife 12 pounds.  | 症状: 腹泻

当我不在韦恩州立大学时，我通常每周在熊猫吃一次。吃了几口橙鸡和白米饭几分钟后，我感觉我的胃开始抽筋，我开始通过大量的气体，发冷但没有发烧（我的体温自然很低-97.8-所以我的发烧不被医生和其他人视为发烧），腹泻和恶心但没有呕吐。虽然胃痉挛我不介意把所有这些讨厌的东西都吐出来。
