Ate around 3pm, a cheesy bean and rice burritio and cinnamon twists, took a nap at 7pm cause I was feeling nauseous and woke up at 11pm and immediately threw up. So far I've thrown up four times and it's 3am now and I'm sure I'll throw up again thanks taco bell  | 症状: 发烧, 呕吐

昨天下班后我吃了墨西哥卷饼碗。它有牛排，糙米，黑豆，玉米，西红柿，生菜，奶酪，鳄梨调味酱，莎莎酱和酸奶油。那天晚上我的气体真的很糟糕，大约凌晨 3 点或 4 点我的腹泻真的很糟糕。我上班的时候起床我整天都感到非常不舒服和恶心。我一回到家，腹泻就会持续下去，而且不会停止。此时它只是透明的液体，但仍然很重。我还没去看医生。但是我正在考虑在接下来的一个小时内去。我只是想写这个柜子以防我死了。我感觉太糟糕了。就像我喜欢 Chipotle 一样，我再也不会在那里吃东西了。

I ate a chicken salad with fajita greens instead of rice, no beans, with mild salsa and corn and no dressing. I ate at approximately 7:30 pm, and awoke at approximately 4:30 am with severe vomiting and diarrhea.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

2016 年 4 月 26 日大约 2 点半我在那里吃了午饭。我吃了一个墨西哥卷饼，里面有碎牛肉、白米饭、黑豆、Pico de Gallo、玉米莎莎、莎莎佛得角、奶酪、酸奶油和 queso 的一面。我在进食后的几个小时内就开始感觉到胃痉挛，然后晚上晚些时候我感到疼痛、迷失方向、剧烈的腹痛、发冷和恶心。到晚上 8 点 30 分，我正在呕吐并患有腹泻，腹泻持续了一整夜，今天早上仍在发生。
