Had sausage roll and after eating went home and felt sick. Ended up bed bound for 4 days with fever, nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea never felt that way before. Only ate the roll from Gregg in the morning so I know for a fact that was it.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

我和我的两个孩子出去购物，我们在晚上 7 点左右停下来吃点零食。我们每个人都有 2 个奶油芝士 ragoons 和 1 个春卷。今天早上我们三个人都因为胃痛和腹泻而醒来。工人们看起来很干净，并且遵循安全的食物处理做法。当我们在里面吃零食时，我什么都没惊慌。

Family went to Chilis and I ordered 3 pick appetizer - boneless wings, onion rings and southwestern rolls which waitress recommended. Could only eat one southwestern roll and two wings before starting to feel nauseous. Could t eat any,ore. Waitress felt bad and asked if wanted something… 更多

ate around 5:30. Ordered beef pancake roll, chicken dumpling in broth, pork dumplings in a hot and sour sauce, and yi bin noodle. Around 1AM I got out of bed feeling uncomfortable. I spent several hours in the bathroom and threw up multiple times.  | 症状: 腹泻, 呕吐
