After eating at pei wei on Saturday 04/07/2018 my sister in law and I started feeling very sick on Monday.
Symptoms included diarrhea, fever, stomach cramps, muscle weakness and vomiting.
I had the orange chicken with fried rice and she had a tuna salad.  | 症状: 腹泻, 发烧, 恶心, 呕吐

Four of us got sick after eating at Ferellis in DuPont on April 6th, 2018. We each had a side salad and shared The James pizza. I am still not feeling will 4 days later. I was up all night Friday because i was so sick. I was dehydrated and couldn't eat a thing until late Saturday.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心

18 年 4 月 7 日购买了一个沙拉碗，里面装有生菜、煮熟的蔬菜、鸡肉、热莎莎、奶酪和酸奶油。进食后不到一个小时就经历了胃痉挛、发冷、肌肉疼痛、腹泻和恶心。所有症状持续24小时，胃痉挛和腹泻持续数天。拿了 benedrl 和 pepto bismol。
