我订购了一个肉丸三明治，里面有各种沙拉。我吃了混合蔬菜配香醋汁和罐装健怡可乐。我在 12 月 3 日 12:30 左右吃了它。那天我没什么可吃的。大约 4:15 我出现了轻微的恶心，在接下来的两个小时内恶化了，然后开始严重发冷和呕吐了几个小时。还没有腹泻。

我在 11 月 30 日下午 2 点左右去了 Panera Bread。我吃了一杯鸡肉面条汤，半个绿色女神科布沙拉配鸡肉（由于大肠杆菌的爆发，冰山被替换了长叶菜），旁边有一个法式长棍面包。在我访问之前我没有任何症状，甚至早上运动也没有任何并发症。这是我今天的第一顿饭。下午 6 点左右，我开始感到头痛，尽管我原本打算待更长的时间去做学校工作，但我还是很早就离开了餐厅。在接下来的 2 个小时内，我开始经历严重的胃痛，bel 气，头痛加剧。最终，我开始感到虚弱，发冷，轻度发烧和头晕。晚上 9 点 30 分左右，我呕吐了近 1 加仑的价值。晚上 10 点左右，我又呕吐了，略少于原来的量。我经历了水样腹泻后不久。到目前为止，我非常虚弱，寒冷，身体疼痛。我终于停止呕吐了，能够睡觉了。第二个星期六早上，我经历了干胀，但没有呕吐，并且有少量腹泻。我仍然很疲劳，一天中大部分时间仍然有身体疼痛和睡觉，但还是很累，可以在睡前入睡。我整天也没有胃口。接下来的星期天我最后一次腹泻，似乎恢复了一些力量。我的胃口略有增加，但没有增加太多。截至周一我写这篇文章的时候，每当我吃东西时，我仍然会感到头痛，食欲不振和胃部不适，但是我再也没有经历过呕吐或腹泻。
