我和女儿在晚上 9 点左右在那里吃过饭。我有一个装有白米饭、牛肉、酸奶油、辣酱、玉米莎莎和鳄梨调味酱的碗。我女儿吃了一份沙拉，里面有牛肉、白米饭、玉米莎莎、pico 和鳄梨调味酱。进食后 30 分钟内我就感觉恶心了，我发冷了。我在床上躺了大约 3 个小时，感觉就像死了一样。我把当天早些时候吃过的所有东西都扔掉了。那天早上我女儿进来告诉我半夜扔了两次。

大约下午 1:30 至 4 小时后吃了呕吐、diahrrea、发冷。只有我整天吃过的东西。无法压住任何液体。现在我发烧了 100.5  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐, 寒战, 发烧

Left work early due to nausea 2 - 3 hours after having lunch at chipotle. Ended up vomiting 7 - 8 times through the night.  | 症状: 恶心, 呕吐

Had taco pizza with sour cream and salsa. Since the pizza was cold by the time we got it home, I microwaved it but not with the salsa or sour cream on it so I’m thinking that’s the culprit.  | 症状: 腹泻, 恶心, 呕吐

星期五，我和同事在亚利桑那州斯科茨代尔的 Chipotle 吃了午餐。唯一的共同点是酸奶油和 fajita 蔬菜。我们俩都在晚上 8 点之前开始出现胃肠道不适，到了午夜，我们俩都在呕吐，腹泻，恶心和发烧。我的呕吐太猛烈我撕裂了我的悬雍垂。最严重的症状一直持续到周日中午。现在是 6 月 12 日星期二，仍然会随着恶心而接触并消失，同事仍然不能在不呕吐的情况下吃固体食物。
