Manager is not able to provide a receipt from a approved supplier. Manager states they purchased from a customer that came in to sell product off the street. Instructed to purchase only from approved suppliers. Product was discarded by manager. (priority 7-38-005)(cos)(citation issued)appx. 10lbs. $20.
