Ate Jewel (2940 n. Ashland, Chi., il.)Grilled chicken, baked potato wedges, deli old fashion Cole slaw, 9/3/23. Had 2 miller lite beers. Got ambulance hospitalized for 1 day. Ate the same,+ some fresh bought slaw a week later & the next morning, , abdomen pain. I buy

Ate arugula that came in a grain and chickpea salad meal kit. Couldn’t sleep later that evening because of nausea. Repeated trips to the bathroom because of diarrhea. Vomited/dry heaved for about 30 minutes. Chills, lethargy, and fever are also present.
