Consumed bowl on 9/22 and began to feel nauseous the following morning. Not sure if it was from that but had a 102 fever, chills, vomiting, and diarrhea for the next three days.

Got food at 2:30pm went home which is 2 minutes from the chipotle I ate the food with in 30 minutes I was in the bathroom sick. After the bathroom I went down stairs and vomiting started. I have been back in the restroom 5 times with upset tummy

Ate chicken burrito on August 20th around 2 PM. Vomiting started around 6 PM on August 20th and has persisted through the night. It is now 7 AM August 21st and I feel like I might die. Unable to keep anything down. My brother ate a burrito
from this location at the same time and is ok, only difference between our burritos was that I ordered white rice and he ordered brown.

Me and my husband had chipotle yesterday, he had tacos w carnitas and beef w sour cream corn and cheese, I had salad w chicken no rice no sour cream no corn. 40 min after he was w 102.5 fever and chills and diarrhea. What is going on ?! They have the worst customer service can’t reach anyone !

I only had chipotle yesterday. I had a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans & sofritas. I had green salsa with cheese sour cream, lettuce, corn & guac. I woke up at 4:30am with diarrhea & vomiting. I had to call into work because it didn't
stop & it's now almost 2pm and I'm still vomiting with diarrhea. I can't keep anything down.

My 4 year old daughter got sick after drinking this juice that she got at an Easter activity. She had diarrhea, vomiting, nausea, abdominal pain, and rapid heart rate. We had to take her to the emergency room. She is feeling horrible. I have never seen her
like that. Be careful, don’t give this juice to your kids.. It was at an Easter event.

I ordered 2 chilli cheese burgers that didn't have jalapeno on them. After we announced it, they asked for a receipt and only after a great discussion did we get 2 new ones.
