I crushed up four granola bars, poured almond milk with it and ate it like cereal. Those 4 bars in total contain 22 grams of sugar. Most cereals I've checked go above that. I don't know what's wrong. Maybe it's the granola in general.  | Symptômes: Nausée

I had an iced coffee with a splash of milk and sugar, and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. 4 hours later I was in a lot pain, and got really sick, severe and crippling food poisoning.
