Ordered carry out pizza yesterday 11/4 at 4:30pm. I was the only one in my family who ate the pineapple and ham pizza and woke up at 4:30am with excruciating stomach pain, nausea, diarrhea and dry heaves. An Auvergne salad ordered yesterday for dinner., I ordered an Auvergne salad for dinner around 20:30. I woke up around 00h with vomiting, diarrhea, stomach pain and headache from back to the toilet. From 00am to 06h. I was still vomiting and diarrhea after but less frequently.
