We bought salmon in Costco from Windsor, Ontario. We cut in pieces which we ate 2 times already, the first we were not sure why we got the diarrhea, today we are in bed since we ate the second portion from the same Salmon, we still have a portion in th fridge for analysis.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

A friend and I both ate a chicken burrito bowl, brown rice, pinto beans, medium salsa, corn, sour cream, cheese, and lettuce. Both up in the middle of the night puking and diarrhea. 3 days since eating there and I am still experiencing diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

Was with a party of 6 for breakfast. I was the only one who ordered a sandwich. Peameal bacon lettuce, tomato and mayo. We left the restaurant and had to pull over 4 times so I could vomit on the side of the road. Got home and vomitted again. Diarrhoea followed ... Drank an Ice Capp and within 1 hour I was nausea, abdominal cramping, had diarrhea and was vomiting. 12 hours later and I still have nausea and abdominal pain. I can't keep anything down. I spoke to a nurse and if I am not better in a few days I will see my doctor.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Stomach Pain, Nausea
