On Saturday the 13th of August I had a crunch wrap supreme from here canning vale it only had Nacho Cheese Sauce, crunchy tostada, sour cream, lettuce and tomato, guacamole I had no meat as the had no chicken left that was all I had from there and didn’t eat anything else that day  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
