White rice, black beans, chicken, corn, sour cream, cheese, guacamole, medium salsa.

I ate Pizza Hut pizza and breadsticks last night at around 8 PM. I woke up with extreme stomach pain at about 1 AM. I was heading to the ER, but committed in my car and called an ambulance.
