The 8 dollar chicken fried steak meal

Got a chicken burrito, with mild sauce, sour cream, guacamole. Upon starting to eat I thought I smelled something strange but not particularly bad so I didn’t pay attention. That night after nausea I vomited in the morning and again later in the day.  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
