This morning about 10am I got a 5 inch flat bread steak whole egg and provolone with spinach, olives, oinions, mayo and avacado. Started feeling sick around 5pm ish and started to vomit around 9pm. I believe the problem came from sour cream. My husband and I ordered the same dish but he didn't eat the sour cream on his plate. My symptoms were severe abdominal pain, headache, muscle pain, particularly in my legs as well as shaking and chills.
