First and last time eating here. Ordered chicken tenders and they looked like something you would throw in the microwave, 5 hours later started having diarrhea and vomiting profusely. Was up all night long with a bad fever and nausea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I'm not sure if it was Double double burger from In-N-Out in Encinitas or it could have been a McDouble from McDonald's at Nobel and Genesee, UTC. All I know is I had a very sharp stomach pain that felt like an internal stabbing then vomit and diarrhea since 12 a.m.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

On 9/20/18, ordered breakfast burrito, orange juice and fruit parfait. After 30 minutes or so, I started having diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and fever. I will go to the doctor today because symptoms has not gotten better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
