12/16/18, I picked up an order at noon.
Had: White rice, black beans, barbacoa, hot salsa, cheese, and lettuce.

Friday 12/14 around noon. Ate nochos with meat, refried beans, cheese, and sour cream.
By Saturday morning I was vomiting and had severe diarrhea. I have slept the last two days. Still have diarrhea but my eyes will stay open. To weak to walk around.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

I had rice, chips, corn salsa and pinto beans. It was catered at my work. About 4 hours later, I started feeling gas and pressure build up.
