Bought the Big Mac bundle. A few hours later I got nausea and diarrhea. I wasn’t sure what the cause was until the next morning my son threw up and it was parts of the Big Mac we ate.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

At first had nausea and diarrhea until nothing was left and had small intestine cramps/spasms for 3 and a half days which came every 5 to 20 minutes I could eat drink or sleep for 3 days. I also went to the emergency room for the stomach cramps/spasms  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Something else, Cramps
