Last night about 6 pm I got a Baconator from Wendy's and everything looked fine no pink or foul tasting food or anything about midnight last night I was nauseated and went to bed and this morning I had horrible diarrhea and this afternoon the nausea and diarrhea haven't let up  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

ate lunch from their buffet, three different types of sausage, potato soup, german potato salad. began feeling ill within 4 hours, currently very nauseated with bouts of diarreah and low grade fever (99.9). 2 others from my group report similar  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea

I ordered sweet and sour chicken with fried rice and an egg roll. Halfway through eating the rice, I discovered a grey unidentifiable meat.
