My husband ate a half/half seafood po’boy from here on 7/29. He has been violently ill ever since. Stomach cramping, diarrhea, nausea, feeling dehydrated, fever. This has completely ruined my family’s stay here at Myrtle Beach as he has been stuck in our hotel bathroom most of the past several days.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Fever, Cramps, Dehydration
