I went to Panda Express ordered fried rice with orange chicken at around 7 pm Oct 21, 2023. Two hours later I had really bad stomach pain and then I got explosive diarrhea. I still feel really sick not sure if it’s food poisoning.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
