Chicken Snack wrap with added tomato, onion, and pickle. At approx 9:15 pm on 11/23/16, at 2:30 am on 11/24/16 awoken vomiting- fever, muscle aches, headache came on later.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Headache, Fever
