Not sure 2 people. Myself and a friend. I was vomiting at 5 am till 3pm. Went to the ER and got an IV. and blood tested as well as other things. Said I had bad food. Today a friend has the same symptoms. All happened within a day or 2. 
Within the last few days  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I had a bowl to go with white rice, fajitas, half chicken/half steak, pico de Gallo, sour cream, cheese, and extra lettuce. I also had a side of chips and queso. I remember the quest tasted funny, but I hadn’t had it in a while so I wasn’t sure.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Other

Made a frozen Digiorno stuffed crust pepperoni pizza cooked exactly as the package said to, and about 3 hours later, i started getting bad stomach pain and started throwing up.
