Are a single quarter pounder without pickles, fries, and a Coca Cola. Felt bad an hour after and two hours later I had diahrreah multiple times and then I vomited multiple times as well. It’s now a day later and I feel extremely weak and have a huge headache.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Other, Weakness

I ate a med roast beef sandwich about 10.00 pm,i woke up early in the morning,about 6 hoirs later and i was burping a god awful smelling gas, i have had all of my symptoms well into the next afternoon ,its 2pm and i am still having flare-ups of the runs and vomiting,not feeling well at all  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Burping
